Bugatti Residences Miami is a 60-story, 183-residence tower announced for 75 SW Miami Avenue Road, on the Miami River in Brickell. The project carries a $650 million cost and is being developed by Prosper Group and Versluys Group, with architecture by Brandon Haw Architecture and interiors by Yabu Pushelberg. Rhodium has been named the exclusive global residential operations partner, and the building is planned with butler service.
The site has more than 300 feet of Miami River frontage, with water access out to Biscayne Bay.
Brickell Neighborhood
Brickell is Miami's financial district and its densest neighbourhood: a walkable grid of offices, towers and restaurants between Biscayne Bay and the Miami River, connected to downtown by the Metromover and anchored by Brickell City Centre. It is where the city works during the day and where a large part of it lives at night — which is why a residence here is judged as much on what is within a few blocks of it as on the building itself.
